AAdministrators are responsible for several duties related to organising information, these responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Looking after all clients’ paperwork; requesting paperwork, chasing missing documents, organising the bank statements and expenses ready for the accountants to work on.
- Ensuring Tax Returns and Accounts are properly executed and following up with principal accountant until they are submitted.
- Updating internal database with client details
- Taking care of the onboarding of new clients; requesting due diligence, arranging ID certification, issuing letter of engagement and agent authoring forms.
- Assisting and covering the Admin Manager; incorporating companies’, organising company paperwork, and completing confirmation statements.
- Being first point of contact for CWA, answering calls and managing switchboard.
- Registering clients to HMRC services, Self-Assessment and looking after the HMRC client portal.
- Sending out client invoices and chasing for payments
- Sorting company and client post, including mail forwarding.
- Contacting and HMRC and Companies House for all enquires.
- Ad hoc tasks, including booking potential client meetings and getting supplier quotes.
