**Key Account Admin - Waltham Abbey**

**Salary: £26,250 per annum + yearly bonus**

**Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00am to 5:30pm**

We Staff have partnered with a fantastic and very well established, Grade A, Mobile Phone distribution company. Founded in 2009 by a management team of industry professionals, they have established themselves as a trailblazer in the mobile technology domain, offering a comprehensive range of services including new and Grade A product distribution, fulfilment, salvage management, and recycling solutions to clients all over the world.

**Key Responsibilities**:As a Key Account Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of key accounts and strengthening our relationships with valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:
**Client Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for designated key accounts, proactively addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests. Building strong rapport with clients, you will actively identify opportunities to exceed their expectations.

**Order Processing**: Efficiently handle the order processing for key accounts, ensuring accurate and timely execution. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline procedures and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Account Analysis**: Conduct regular account analysis, tracking sales performance, forecasting trends, and identifying growth opportunities. Use data-driven insights to provide valuable recommendations to the management team.

**Problem Resolution**: Handle any issues that may arise with key accounts, employing effective problem-solving skills and ensuring swift resolutions to maintain client satisfaction.

**Collaborative Teamwork**: Collaborate with sales, logistics, and customer service departments to streamline processes, share critical information, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in key account management or a related role, preferably within the technology industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas and solutions effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
- A proactive and customer-centric approach with a passion for ensuring client satisfaction.

**Working Hours and Compensation**:This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. As a key member of our team, you will receive a competitive annual salary of £26,000, accompanied by an annual bonus scheme based on performance.

**Salary**: £26,250.00 per year
