Overview of the Role


As a National Account Manager focusing on the watch category, your primary responsibility is to enhance Garmin’s sales with key customers. This involves establishing and nurturing strong cross-functional relationships both internally and externally, conducting effective business reviews, implementing successful promotional strategies, managing product launches and trade events, accurate forecasting, and delivering exceptional account management to drive sales and enhance profitability.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve designated key accounts' sales, cost, and profitability targets
  • Implement the market development strategy effectively
  • Enhance service quality, business growth, and customer satisfaction levels
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on customer contacts and activities
  • Ensure thorough training of all relevant associates on Garmin products
  • Manage availability and display of POS materials in stores
  • Support business development initiatives and cultivate strong customer relationships
  • Foster internal cross-functional relationships
  • Stay updated on Garmin products and industry knowledge
  • Provide ongoing sales support

Experience & Qualifications

  • Demonstrable Sales/Marketing background
  • Previous experience as a National Account Manager or a Key Account Manager/Sales Executive aspiring to oversee high-profile national accounts
  • Preferred experience within the watch & Jewellery industry
  • Strong educational background (A levels or equivalent) evidenced by proficient written, oral, and analytical skills
  • Valid Driving License
