Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated National Account Manager to enhance the retail division of a swiftly expanding consumer electronics organization.

About the Company

Our organization is a vibrant player in the consumer electronics sector, experiencing rapid growth that necessitates additional support for our National Account team. We represent several leading brands that are at the forefront of their respective markets, holding top positions with significant potential for further expansion.

The team is compact, driven, and values collaboration and celebration of achievements. Leadership fosters a culture of independence, empowering team members to meet objectives in a manner that suits their individual styles. While ample support is available, we expect the National Account Manager to take initiative, tackle challenges, and make independent decisions.

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work environment.

Key Responsibilities

As the National Account Manager, you will cultivate and manage relationships with essential retail partners. Your responsibilities will include overseeing commercial agreements, trading conditions, and the overall performance of your accounts, with the goal of sustaining the impressive growth trajectory of this channel. You will be tasked with managing a diverse portfolio of 5-6 brands and numerous SKUs, making multitasking and the ability to handle a large volume of products essential.

The accounts you will oversee are already performing well, with considerable growth opportunities for select key brands, positioning this role as high-profile with ample chances to surpass targets.

We are looking for candidates with a background in national account management, preferably within the retail sector, although we are also open to individuals with strong experience in consumer hard-line products.

Compensation

The salary for this role ranges from £45,000 to £50,000, complemented by a bonus structure [please note that this position does not include a company vehicle or car allowance].
