Position Summary

This role involves managing and enhancing the performance of key service accounts within a defined territory. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, monitoring key performance indicators, and maximizing account potential for financial growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee account renewals and manage the contract lifecycle.
  • Handle financial administration tasks related to assigned accounts.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on service offerings and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for product upgrades and develop migration strategies to meet evolving customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and building strong partnerships.
  • Commercial acumen and a deep understanding of business processes within the service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling clear and concise interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.

Travel Requirements

This role requires approximately 40% travel within the UK territory.
