Position Summary
This role involves managing and enhancing the performance of key service accounts within a defined territory. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, monitoring key performance indicators, and maximizing account potential for financial growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee account renewals and manage the contract lifecycle.
- Handle financial administration tasks related to assigned accounts.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on service offerings and solutions.
- Identify opportunities for product upgrades and develop migration strategies to meet evolving customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and building strong partnerships.
- Commercial acumen and a deep understanding of business processes within the service industry.

Travel Requirements
