Job SummaryWe are seeking a Service Sales Account Manager - Contract to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and improving the performance of selected dedicated service Key Accounts in cooperation with the relevant service operational teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and take responsibility for the account renewal process.
- Manage the financial administration of the account.
- Manage the provision of expert advice, design, product application, and standards guidance to the account.
- Maximise all UPS, MES, and Thermal product opportunities within the account.
- Manage future product/systems migration strategies for the account.
- Proven organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise workloads and multitask effectively.
- Proven people management skills, including the ability to coach, lead, and motivate the team.
- High level of commercial acumen and the ability to understand client processes and business objectives.
