Service Sales Account Manager, Contract

About the Role

At Vertiv, we strive to protect critical technologies with innovative solutions. Our mission is to empower businesses by providing expert advice, design, and product application guidance to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled Service Sales Account Manager-Contracts to join our team in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

To manage and improve the performance of selected dedicated service Key Accounts in cooperation with the relevant service operational teams. To own the quality of service delivery to the account, including the monitoring of agreed key performance indicators. To ensure account longevity and to maximise account potential and financial improvement.

Qualifications

Proven organisational skills ~ able to prioritise workloads, incl. the ability to multitask effectively. Proven people management skills ~ able to coach, lead and motivate the team. Possessing a high level of commercial acumen and the ability to understand client's processes and business objectives. Self-motivated and business focused with excellent communications skills.

Travel Requirements

40% travel required.
