Service Sales Account Manager, Contract

At Vertiv, we build products that keep critical technologies running 24/7. Our portfolio spans power, thermal, and infrastructure management products, software, and solutions, complemented by a network of nearly 250 service centers worldwide.
We are seeking a Service Sales Account Manager to manage and improve the performance of selected dedicated service Key Accounts in cooperation with the relevant service operational teams.
The ideal candidate will own the quality of service delivery to the account, including the monitoring of agreed key performance indicators, and ensure account longevity and maximise account potential and financial improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and take responsibility for the account renewal process.
- Manage the financial administration of the account.
- Manage the provision of expert advice, design, product application, and standards guidance to the account.
- Maximise all UPS, MES, and Thermal product opportunities within the account.
- Manage future product/systems migration strategies for the account.
Qualifications:
- Proven organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise workloads and multitask effectively.
- Proven people management skills, including the ability to coach, lead, and motivate the team.
- High level of commercial acumen and the ability to understand client processes and business objectives.
- Self-motivated and business-focused with excellent communication skills.
