Our portfolio spans a wide range of products and services, including power, thermal, and infrastructure management solutions, software, and expert advice.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Service Sales Account Manager - Contracts to join our team in the UK. This role will be responsible for managing and improving the performance of selected dedicated service Key Accounts in cooperation with our operational teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial acumen and the ability to understand client processes and business objectives. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve the performance of selected dedicated service Key Accounts in cooperation with our operational teams.
  • Own the quality of service delivery to the account, including the monitoring of agreed key performance indicators.
  • Ensure account longevity and maximize account potential and financial improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and take responsibility for the account renewal process.
  • Manage the financial administration of the account.
  • Provide expert advice, design, product application, and standards guidance to the account.
  • Maximize all UPS, MES & Thermal product opportunities within the account.
  • Manage future product/systems migration strategies for the account.

Requirements:

  • Proven organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize workloads and multitask effectively.
  • Proven people management skills, including the ability to coach, lead, and motivate the team.
  • High level of commercial acumen and the ability to understand client processes and business objectives.
  • Self-motivated and business-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • The role is home-based, but may require some travel to our offices and customer sites.

Time Travel Required: 40%
