Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior National Account Manager to join our team at IQVIA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing client business through multiple national accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute client brand and category plans to drive business growth and maximize product brand shares.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales volume and value forecasts, maintaining updated information and reports on account trading policies and business objectives.
  • Negotiate most favourable trading terms on price, service, and profitability with clients.
  • Ensure promotional activity and new product listings maximize potential business in all accounts and communicate relevant information to the Business Controller.
  • Control clients' product promotional budgets and identify improvement opportunities, maintaining control of overheads and expenses within defined limits.
  • Monitor and control account development and deliver budgeted sales.
  • Establish working relationships with marketing, sales planning, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management with a proven track record, preferably in OTC or grocery experience.
  • Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and a deep understanding of category management.
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent.
  • Effective communication, client focus, and a drive for performance and efficiency.
