Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated National Account Manager to enhance the retail segment of a rapidly expanding consumer electronics firm.

Our organization is a vibrant player in the consumer electronics sector, experiencing remarkable growth that necessitates additional support for our National Account team. We boast several brands that lead their respective markets, consistently ranking among the top two, with ample opportunities for further expansion.

The team is compact, driven, and enjoys celebrating achievements together. Leadership fosters a culture of autonomy, empowering team members to meet targets and objectives in their own unique ways. While support and collaboration are abundant, we expect our National Account Manager to be self-motivated, resourceful, and willing to take calculated risks.

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work environment.

Key Responsibilities

As the National Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with pivotal retail clients. Your duties will include managing commercial agreements, trading conditions, and the overall performance of your accounts, with the goal of sustaining the rapid growth of this channel. You will oversee a diverse portfolio of 5-6 brands and numerous SKUs, making the ability to multitask and manage a substantial volume of products essential.

The accounts under your management are already performing well, and there is significant potential for growth with select key brands, making this a prominent role with numerous opportunities to surpass targets.

We are looking for candidates with a background in national account management, preferably within the retail sector, although we are also open to individuals with strong experience in consumer hard-line products.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from £45,000 to £50,000, complemented by a bonus structure [please note that this role does not include a company vehicle or car allowance].
