Project Controls Lead - Strategic Planner

We are seeking an experienced Project Controls professional to join our Integrated Sensing and Protection Line of Business as a Project Controls Lead - Strategic Planner. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for ensuring quality and consistency in Project Controls, driving optimal schedule management practices, and providing expertise in bid phase activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project controls strategies to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive schedule management best practices
  • Provide expert guidance on project controls metrics and measures
  • Conduct scenario analysis and risk mitigation to ensure project success
  • Optimize resource scheduling to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Contribute to project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project controls with a focus on strategic planning and schedule management
  • Expertise in planning tools like Primavera P6 and SAP
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Commercial and financial acumen
  • APMG Project Controls Certification
  • Ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring
