Role Overview

The Sales Support Coordinator is vital in supporting the Strategic Account Managers with the daily management of essential strategic accounts at Eficode. This role acts as the main point of contact between clients, Strategic Account Managers, and the wider Eficode organization, ensuring prompt responses to client inquiries and precise reporting within Salesforce.

This position emphasizes relationship-building with Eficode's key strategic accounts and internal partners. The Sales Support Coordinator will maintain accurate and current administrative and Salesforce records at all times.

Furthermore, the role involves collaboration with other revenue-related departments, such as Customer Success and license support, to guarantee client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Close cooperation with delivery consultants, service managers, and project managers is crucial for the effective delivery of Eficode solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the liaison between key strategic accounts and Strategic Account Managers, as well as internal teams and vendors at Eficode.
  • Develop and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and quotations alongside the Strategic Account Manager.
  • Guide clients and prospects in engaging with modern software solutions and managed services to enhance business processes and delivery.
  • Listen attentively and accurately convey client and prospect requirements to the relevant teams within Eficode.
  • Ensure precise Salesforce records and forecasting for all strategic accounts.
  • Coordinate with Bid Teams to manage client quotations and proposals, facilitating necessary changes and amendments.
  • Conduct account planning and Buying Centre mapping using platforms such as LinkedIn and ZoomInfo.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders within an organization.
  • Client-facing or customer service experience in an IT or software services context.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Capability to multitask and facilitate meetings for strategic account managers.
  • A positive attitude with a proactive approach.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Experience collaborating with a small team of senior sales executives.

Compensation

£30-40k, paid annually.

Location

Remote work based in the UK with occasional visits to our office.
