Position Overview

We are seeking a talented National Account Manager to enhance the retail division of a swiftly expanding consumer electronics firm.

About Our Company

Our organization is a vibrant player in the consumer electronics market, experiencing rapid growth that necessitates additional support for our National Account team. We represent several leading brands that consistently rank at the top of their respective categories, with ample opportunities for further expansion.

The team is compact yet dedicated, fostering a culture of hard work combined with a spirit of celebration for achievements. Leadership encourages a high degree of independence, allowing team members the flexibility to meet targets in their own unique ways. While support and collaborative brainstorming are readily available, we expect our National Account Manager to be self-sufficient, innovative, and willing to take calculated risks.

This position is fully remote, providing the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

In the role of National Account Manager, you will cultivate and manage relationships with essential retail partners. Your responsibilities will include overseeing commercial agreements, trading conditions, and the overall performance of your accounts, with the goal of sustaining the impressive growth trajectory of this channel. You will be tasked with managing a diverse portfolio of 5-6 brands and numerous SKUs, making strong multitasking abilities essential.

The accounts under your purview are already performing well, with significant potential for growth in select key brands, positioning this role as high-profile with numerous opportunities to surpass objectives.

We are looking for candidates with a background in national account management, preferably within the retail space, though we are also open to individuals with robust experience in consumer hard goods.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from £45,000 to £50,000, accompanied by a performance-based bonus structure [please note that this role does not include a company vehicle or car allowance].
