About the Role

We are currently seeking a qualified Fund Accountant to join our team. As a Fund Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS or UK GAAP. You will also assist with the management of day-to-day accounting services and support client relationships for allocated portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS or UK GAAP
  • Assist with the management of day-to-day accounting services
  • Support client relationships for allocated portfolios
  • Carry out preparation of consolidated reporting and financial statements, both at asset and fund level
  • Review work produced by team members and provide coaching and development
  • Lead year-end and audits, ensuring all regulatory and statutory reporting deadlines and filings are achieved

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with strong IFRS knowledge and technical accounting skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS and other relevant accounting standards
  • Strong communication skills and business partnering experience to build and manage relationships
