Role Overview:

In the capacity of Senior Executive Officer, your primary responsibilities will encompass: Assisting the Chief Executive Officer with administrative tasks, liaising with various departments.

Drafting and preparing correspondence, managing the Chief Executive's schedule, and overseeing their communications.
Leading the management and processing of all submissions, ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols.
Fostering and maintaining strong working relationships with policy leads and colleagues from relevant departments.
Serving as the main point of contact for the Chief Executive, offering strategic counsel and support.

Key Duties:
Coordinate responses to communications, ensuring prompt and precise submissions.
Provide guidance on the drafting and processing of submissions, upholding high standards.
Build and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration.
Oversee and report on ministerial business, emphasizing key focus areas.
Lead the preparation of briefings for ministerial and parliamentary engagements.
Assist the Chief Executive with administrative duties, including management of their schedule and communications.

Candidate Profile:
Proficient drafting abilities with a knack for producing high-quality documentation in clear language.
Outstanding communication skills.
Experience in stakeholder management at all levels, particularly with senior stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management capabilities, adept at meeting tight deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively influence others.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and administrative tasks.
Discreet and capable of handling sensitive information.
Confident decision-maker with initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in a personal assistant or secretarial role would be beneficial.
