Assistant General Manager – Starbucks T1 Bristol Airport

Fixed Term Contract  - until end of October 2024 ( with the possibility to extend )

As Assistant General Manager you’ll: 

Be passionate and dedicated and a strong support to the General Manager.  Have the highest standards of brand quality and safety for our customers and team.  Be an inspiration to the team to deliver outstanding customer service and loyalty.  Mentor and train the team to grow and excel.  Have proven experience and confidence in leading a team.  Set an example of excellent service skills.  Communicate effectively and clearly.  Be adaptable and resilient in any situation. 

Please note that Bristol Airport location is a secure environment, if successful you’ll have to provide references to cover the last 5 years and undergo a criminal record check to comply with airport regulations.
