Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our team and take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the bar, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, including inventory control and cash handling
  • Develop and implement new ideas to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a bar or similar environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer-service skills
  • Ability to motivate a team and manage staff
  • Extensive knowledge of liquor, bartending, and service protocols
  • Solid organizational skills and knowledge of budgets and inventories
  • Great sales skills and talent for developing promotions or new products
