About the Role

As an Assistant General Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the General Manager in driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our business and develop your leadership skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in developing and implementing business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
