We are recruiting for a Lead Bid Manager to join us here at Octavius.
The role:
You will lead a successful team in creating value propositions that delight customers. You'll efficiently manage the bid process, adhering to bid management procedures and corporate governance, to maximise opportunities for Octavius and our customers. You'll work with a team of highly motivated, dedicated professionals delivering projects across a variety of frameworks. This is a hybrid position with occasional travel to sites and offices.

We're looking for:
- Previous bid management experience is essential.
- Experience working on complex bids of significant value.
- Knowledge of the relevant industry, including awareness of current techniques.
- Familiarity with industry-standard forms of contract (ICE, NEC, and JCT).
This position will suit someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional organisational and time management abilities, proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
