About The Role

Duties will include:

  • Tobermore Spec Planning Not Approved

a.      Follow up with Specifiers and identify if/ when planning will be approved and offer the required design support

  • Tobermore Spec Not Awarded.

a.      Confirm Specification and identify other area’s which could still be claimed eg Kerbs, Retaining Walls. The aim to ‘up’ sell by targeting for a meeting, promoting design services. Make sure that tendering contractors have been added to Bidding Contractors so they can receive a quote and add in successful bidder to make this pass to Commercial Team.

  • Competitor Spec Not Awarded

a.      Target this specification in offering Tobermore products and services with the objective to get Tobermore on the Plans. Aim to set up meetings with all stakeholders and their Specification or Commercial point of contact. Make sure that tendering contractors have been added to Bidding Contractors so they can receive a quote and add in successful bidder to make this pass to Commercial Team.

  • Competitor Spec Awarded

a.      Qualify which opportunities we can win and where we have friendly contractors / housebuilders on and reach out to specifier to offer design services in bid to change to Tobermore.

  • Contact Cards; Seek new points of contact and updating contact cards.

  • Elevate all opportunities; Maximize the return on investment of opportunities, continue to develop pipeline with Specifiers on all accounts.

  • System updates; ensure fields are updated and utilised correctly on all opportunities.

  • Stakeholders; Review opportunity stakeholders and add in any names where possible.

  • Use Barbour/CIS, LinkedIn and Dynamics to progress accounts and opportunities.

  • Additional support where required for the business and any other tasks as required and deemed within your competence by your manager.

Desired Criteria

  • • A Levels/Degree

  • • 5 GCSE’s including English & Maths Grade A-C or equivalent
  • • 6 months experience in an office environment
  • • 6 months experience customer service experience
  • • Proficient in the use of MS Office
