MYM Recruitment are delighted to be working with our new client in Magherafelt. They have gone from strength to strength over the last 30 years and are now market leaders in their industry. Due to ongoing demand they wish to recruit **a Project Support Administrator **who will play an integral part in the smooth running of business production.

**Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to**:

- Demonstrate good safety behaviours in the workplace; ensure all rules / standards and procedures are adhered to at all times; keeping a tidy work area and wear correct personal protective equipment where necessary.
- Monitor and support production workflow for multiple products.
- Update production schedule of any changes timely
- Completion of dispatch paperwork for orders
- Record relevant accurate information on in-house databases.
- Provide support to purchasing with stock control administration; ensuring appropriate amounts of stock/materials are on order and maintained, so as to be able to meet customer demand
- Liaise with suppliers and depots to ensure that all POD’s are received, and queries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with production and central scheduling team to highlight any issues or concerns.
- Resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Preparation of job packs for production teams
- Identifying improved methods of working to streamline the administrative process.
- Any other general administration duties required for the efficient running of production.
- Working as part of a team to develop continuous improvement ideas, identifying improved methods of working to streamline the administrative process.
- To perform the job in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
- To perform any other duties as may be reasonably required to ensure successful delivery of all ongoing works within the company work stream.

**Essential Criteria**:

- The ability to work to a high degree of accuracy with mínimal supervision.
- 1 year or more administration experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite particularly excel.
- Experience in Sage 50 and/or Sage 200.
- Experience working within a busy office environment in a fast-paced business.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong focus on internal/external customer satisfaction.
- Experience of working on own initiative and acting to resolve any issues impacting upon performance.
- Strong work ethic.
- Willing to undertake training as required.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Magherafelt, County Londonderry: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
