**Job Summary**:
This role provides administrative support to support the internal teams to provide an accurate and efficient administration service within a busy sales office.
**About The Role**
**Responsibilities**:

- Competent user of MS Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Competent user of Tobermore Navision and Dynamics software once training has been completed.
- Ability to type quotes to the company's required standard.
- Ability to enter orders to the company-required standard.
- Communicate in a professional manner when dealing with enquiries.
- Prepare weekly reports.
- Build strong relationships with your colleagues.
- Provide cover on other job roles within the office when required.
- General office and administration duties as and when required.
- Follow the company’s internal standards as agreed.
- Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analysing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements.
- Demonstrate the company values (H.E.A.R.T) in every task and colleague/customer interaction daily.
- Carry out tasks as required and deemed within your competence by your manager.
**Required Criteria**
- 5 GCSE’s including English & Maths A - C or equivalent.
- 6 months experience in an office environment.
- 6 months experience customer service experience
- High attention to detail
- Adaptable to changing priorities
- Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Great communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ambitious and keen to succeed
**Desired Criteria**
- A-levels
- Proficient in the use of MS Office to include excel
- Experience using a computerised CRM system
- CRM experience
- Telephone experience
Full and valid UK driving license
**Skills Needed**
