Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Sales Negotiator/Office Administrator. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can manage various administrative tasks while also engaging in sales negotiations to facilitate property transactions effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales & Rental Negotiation:
Engage with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences for both sales and lettings.

Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits for potential buyers and tenants.

Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords to secure successful property transactions and lettings.

Provide expert guidance and advice to clients throughout the sales and letting processes.

Maintain excellent relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Manage rental inquiries and liaise with prospective tenants to understand their rental needs.

Assist in the screening and vetting of prospective tenants, including reference checks and rental agreements.

Office Administration:
Manage appointment schedules and maintain the office calendar.

Prepare and maintain property listings, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.

Assist with the preparation of legal documents and contracts related to property transactions.

Coordinate with external parties such as solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders involved in the sales process.

Maintain organised filing systems for all documentation and paperwork.

Marketing Support:
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including property listings and advertisements.

Update and maintain the company's website and social media platforms with relevant property information.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in sales negotiation, preferably in the real estate industry is preferable although not essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Excellent organisational abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Knowledge of the Northern Ireland property market and regulations is desirable.

A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for property viewings.
