Office Administrator

**MAIN FUNCTIONS OF POSITION**: to maintain the overall administrative function of the main office; provide excellent standards of customer service; and to play your part in the Company’s commitment to the promotion and drive of the business and its employees; and to carry out any reasonable instruction as requested by management which may or may not fall under the remit of this job description.
- Perform administrative duties to maintain the efficient running of the main office
- Provide excellent standards of customer service at all times
- Meet and greet visitors to the premises in a professional manner
- Provide administrative support to managers where necessary
Maintain an organized and tidy office space
Placing orders and booking deliveries.
Liaising with haulage companies.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Salary**: £22,297.60-£23,920.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Office Admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
