We have an opportunity for an Administrator to join the Conway Group Healthcare team. This role will be based throughout the North & South Derry region providing administrative cover to our Homes in the region as and when required.

**About The Role**
- You will be dealing with all aspects of financial and other administration for the home: preparing payroll, resident admission/discharge processes, recruitment, and aspects of HR.
- You will enjoy working with people and will be the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and internal support to colleagues; we will expect you to be friendly, professional, and efficient.
- You will receive excellent support from your colleagues and quality training to progress in your career.

**About You**:
You will be a highly organised Administrator who is used to dealing with people and resolving problems. You will also have the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently to tight deadlines.

Ideally, you will have worked in a care home setting. You are familiar with Finance or HR systems and will be an experienced Microsoft Office user. Your work experience will include financial administration, you will enjoy multi-tasking and will be able to work well under pressure and have great initiative. If you like the idea of being part of a professional team and working together to contribute to the success of our care home, you could have what it takes to be our new Administrator

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Highly proficient IT Skills to include Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook essential.
- Previous administrative experience is essential.
