BSNI is working with a leading client to recruit an Accounts Administrator for our client FP McCann.
Location: Magherafelt
Duration: Permanent
**Salary**: D.O.E
We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to work as part of a dedicated finance
team to deliver efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.
**The main areas of responsibility will include**:
- Match, check and code invoices
- Enter and upload invoices onto the system
- Prepare supplier payment runs
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Liaise with suppliers
- Maintain accurate records and keep information confidential
- Provide administrative support to on-site management on a daily basis
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s policies including Health and Safety
- Observe and comply with all good working practices within the office

**Essential Criteria**:
- Educated to GCSE level or above (including English and Maths - grade C)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines
- Be proficient in high volumes of data entry
- Demonstrate an ability to work to a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
**Desirable Criteria**:
- Experience of using SAGE accounts package
- Experience of working in a busy office
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.44-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
