Move Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join a leading construction company.

**Location**: Moneymore/Magherafelt/Tobermore area

**Position**: Circa £23,000-26,000

**Hours**: Full-time

**Role Overview**:
As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a vital role in the finance department, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our financial processes. You will assist tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, payroll assistance, and general administrative duties to support the finance team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes accurately and efficiently.
- Process invoices and expense claims in a timely manner.
- Assist with payroll administration and employee expense reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an accounts administration role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Having experience of Sage is desirable but not essential.

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
