Accounts Administrator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the sales and purchase ledger, processing CIS returns and payments, and dealing with customers and suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage the sales and purchase ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions
* Process CIS returns and payments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
* Deal with customers and suppliers, responding to queries and resolving issues
* Perform bank reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records
* Process invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals

**Requirements:**

* 2 years' experience of working in a finance department in a similar role
* Data input experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
* IT literate, with experience of using financial software

**Desirable Qualifications:**

* Part / Qualified Accounting Technician (IATI) or qualified by experience
* Sage 200 Accounts experience
