MYM Recruitment are working with our Magherafelt client who are seeking an **Office Administrator **for an immediate start. The purpose of the role will be to further develop and support the full range of activities of the business, including customer development and associated administration.

**Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to**:

- Providing a high level of customer service on a daily basis.
- Completing high value sales and carrying out the administration that follows.
- Driving off-site to locations based on clients’ needs.
- Marketing skills to promote business on Social Media and company website.
- Working independently off-site on occasions.
- Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail.
- Carry out general administrative duties daily.
- Ability to plan & organise own work and schedule.
- Positive approach to building relationships with customers and the team.

**Essential Criteria**:

- 2+ years’ experience in an Administration role.
- Experience in presenting or selling a product or project would be advantageous.
- A positive can-do attitude with the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Access to own vehicle to use daily.

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
