The role:
An exciting opportunity to join British Airways as a Systems Solution Lead has arisen
Working in the Global Sales Enablement and Analytics team, you will lead all cross-functional activities to support the British Airways and Iberia B2B strategy; specifically the requirements for agency and corporate dealing solutions and the road map for future developments.
What you’ll do:
Develop and maintain modelling and dealing solutions for British Airways, IAG and JB partners. Convert vision into business requirements for dealing products and other sales operations. Map detailed business processes through effective data analysis and define means of deploying resources and technology to deliver an end-to-end solution. Share release schedules and developments to software/databases. Liaise with the Salesforce team to deliver integrated dealing products within . Manage product development cycles from strategic planning, product development, implementation and continuous improvement. Manage end to end system testing.What you’ll bring to British Airways:
Strong analytical and product management skills, including a detailed understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into product requirements. Curiosity about data and data structures to deliver and support data led selling and dealing solutions. Proven ability to develop models in software such as Excel or Anaplan to solve business problems. Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to engage and influence at all levels.Your experience:
Experience using Anaplan Administrator and/or Developer is essential. Good understanding of sales processes, tools and systems, particularly in a complex organisation. Experience in corporate and/or agency dealings is desirable. Strong project and product management skills. Change, Project & Product Management.What we offer:
