Business Development and Portfolio Manager - Offer & Order Solutions
Role Objective:
The Business Development and Portfolio Manager will collaborate closely with the Head of Offer & Order Solutions (part of Revenue Management) to ensure the department functions at its utmost capacity. This role encompasses various dimensions, all aimed at enhancing team productivity and engagement. They will guarantee that we maintain robust, transparent processes and communications, a unified vision, a cohesive strategy, and a vibrant culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Head of Offer & Order Solutions to improve team effectiveness. Implement and refine team processes, including standardizing portfolio management tools and reporting, managing feature requests, and enhancing interactions with external partners. Align departmental strategies by coordinating with Product teams. Lead data and reporting initiatives, supporting the definition, production, and visualization of KPIs and metrics. Oversee Process Executives and manage cross-team portfolio operations. Develop and execute a departmental engagement and wellbeing strategy. Foster a culture of continuous feedback, onboarding, training, and learning programs. Advocate for best practices and ensure comprehensive Business Continuity Plans for systems and infrastructure.Qualifications:
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and sound judgment. Proactive, ownership-oriented, and dependable. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and relationship-building capabilities. Excellent business insight, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Confident communicator with strong persuasive abilities and a creative mindset.Experience Required:
Proven track record in team management and fostering team engagement and culture. Demonstrated success in process management and organizational improvement. Familiarity with the airline commercial ecosystem, including PSS and related systems, is preferred. Understanding of airline Revenue Management and distribution techniques is advantageous. Experience working within Agile teams is desirable.Benefits:
