Business Solutions Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business & Portfolio Manager to join our team at British Airways. As a key member of our Revenue Management department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and optimizing our commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the Head of Offer & Order Solutions to enhance team efficiency and drive business results.
- Implement and optimize team processes, including standardizing portfolio management tools and reporting, managing feature requests, and improving interactions with third-party partners.
- Align departmental strategies by liaising with Product teams and ensuring seamless integration.
- Lead data and reporting initiatives, supporting KPI and metric definition, production, and visualization.
- Manage Process Executives and oversee cross-team portfolio management.
- Develop and execute a departmental engagement and wellbeing strategy.
- Drive continuous feedback culture, onboarding, training, and learning programs.
- Champion best practices and ensure robust Business Continuity Plans for systems and infrastructure.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and excellent judgment.
- Proactive, ownership-driven, and reliable.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent business acumen, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
- Confident communicator with strong influencing skills and a creative approach.
