Business Solutions Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the Head of Offer & Order Solutions to enhance team efficiency and optimize processes.
- Implement and standardize portfolio management tools and reporting, improving interactions with third-party partners.
- Align departmental strategies by liaising with Product teams and driving continuous feedback culture.
- Lead data and reporting initiatives, supporting KPI and metric definition, production, and visualization.
- Manage Process Executives and oversee cross-team portfolio management, ensuring robust Business Continuity Plans for systems and infrastructure.
- Develop and execute a departmental engagement and wellbeing strategy, driving team productivity and engagement.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and excellent judgment.
- Proactive, ownership-driven, and reliable.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent business acumen, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
- Confident communicator with strong influencing skills and a creative approach.
