We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee our financial planning and strategic initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will guide the financial analysis and planning processes, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis efforts, coordinating with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive business plans.
- Manage Cargo investments, including capital expenditure reporting and planning.
- Provide financial oversight for strategic projects, ensuring they meet their financial targets and advising on necessary focus areas.
- Track benefits and costs associated with various initiatives, including transformation programs.
- Deliver insightful business analysis and reporting to support key decision-making processes.
- Prepare and present reports for the Board and Management Committee, highlighting strategic insights.
- Conduct market analysis and develop scenario planning capabilities to enhance forecasting processes.
- Benchmark against competitors to inform strategic decisions.
- Support ad hoc projects with expertise in complex data analysis to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process automation and standardization.
- Collaborate with the finance team to monitor internal processes and support financial deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards, including financial reporting standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across various departments.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development.

Qualifications:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) or equivalent experience.

- Solid experience in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution within a large organization.
- Proficiency in finance systems such as SAP, Excel, and others.
