Business & Portfolio Manager - Offer & Order Solutions
Role Overview:
The Business & Portfolio Manager will collaborate closely with the Head of Offer & Order Solutions (part of Revenue Management) to guarantee the department functions at its optimal capacity. This role encompasses various aspects aimed at enhancing team productivity and engagement. Responsibilities include establishing transparent processes and communications, aligning visions, formulating cohesive plans, and fostering a vibrant culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Head of Offer & Order Solutions to boost team effectiveness. Develop and refine team processes, including standardizing portfolio management tools and reporting, overseeing feature requests, and enhancing interactions with external partners. Align departmental strategies through collaboration with Product teams. Lead data and reporting initiatives, supporting the definition, production, and visualization of KPIs and metrics. Supervise Process Executives and manage cross-team portfolio oversight. Create and implement a departmental engagement and wellbeing strategy. Promote a culture of continuous feedback, onboarding, training, and development programs. Advocate for best practices and ensure comprehensive Business Continuity Plans for systems and infrastructure.Qualifications:
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and sound judgment. Proactive, accountable, and dependable. Strong problem-solving abilities, collaboration skills, and relationship-building expertise. Excellent business insight, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities. Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills and a creative mindset.Experience Required:
Proven track record in team leadership and fostering team engagement and culture. Demonstrated success in process management and organizational improvement. Familiarity with the airline commercial landscape, including PSS and related systems, is preferred. Understanding of airline Revenue Management and distribution methodologies is advantageous. Experience working within Agile teams is a plus.Benefits:
