Actuarial Manager

We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Manager to join our team at FIS, a leading provider of mission-critical software and services to the insurance industry. As an Actuarial Manager, you will play a key role in delivering actuarial consulting services for our Prophet General Insurance (GI) solution.
Key Responsibilities- Provide subject matter expertise and best practice advice on the Prophet GI solution for FIS client implementations.
- Participate and assist in new business GI sales pursuits with our global clients and prospects.
- Lead and facilitate client workshops, and work closely with other members of the Risk Consulting Services and Solutions teams on client delivery for Prophet GI engagements.
- A qualified Actuary (or equivalent experience), with a specialism in General Insurance.
- Capital Modelling, Pricing & Reserving knowledge and experience.
- Good understanding of Prophet or a similar actuarial modelling system.
- Fluent in English with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Skilled at stakeholder management and communicating effectively with clients.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, both internally and with clients.
- Knowledge of insurance industry and the current regulatory regimes for insurers (IFRS17).
- Experience working on technology implementation projects, either in-house or in a vendor/consultancy environment.
- Experience working on international projects with team members based across multiple locations and timezones.
- European language skills.
