JOB QUALIFICATIONS
PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field. A combination of education and work experience can be substituted.
- 2-4 years’ experience in related field
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of one or more of the following: print production, digital production, reprographics, social media, broadcast.
- Experience in artwork and production process (life cycles and copywriting)
- Intermediate skill level with MS Office.
- Mac experience preferred.
- Good understanding of project management principles
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects of low to medium complexity to successful completion; able to handle multiple concurrent projects.
LEADERSHIP:
- Solution-oriented with a strategic mindset and collaborative approach.
- Highly organized with superior attention to detail and time management.
- Able to work under pressure and delegate tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills; ability to plan for all eventualities and provide solutions to issues.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- Skilled in escalating issues and providing visibility to leadership for critical decision-making.

JOB DUTIES
STUDIO COORDINATION
- Coordinate with producers, creative directors, art directors, designers, and copywriters to ensure smooth workflows and efficient resource allocation.
- Work closely with project management teams to align on timelines, and resource needs, ensuring alignment with studio capabilities.
- Escalate any issues and provide visibility to leadership for critical decision-making.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure final assets meet established standards and project goals.
TEAM LEADERSHIP & COLLABORATION:
- Lead creative teams to foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to maintain alignment and clear expectations.
- Resolving conflicts and addressing challenges to ensure smooth production flow and team productivity.
