JOB QUALIFICATIONS


PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field. A combination of education and work experience can be substituted.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in related field
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of one or more of the following: print production, digital production, reprographics, social media, broadcast.
  • Experience in artwork and production process (life cycles and copywriting)
  • Intermediate skill level with MS Office.
  • Mac experience preferred.
  • Good understanding of project management principles
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects of low to medium complexity to successful completion; able to handle multiple concurrent projects.


LEADERSHIP:

  • Solution-oriented with a strategic mindset and collaborative approach.
  • Highly organized with superior attention to detail and time management.
  • Able to work under pressure and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills; ability to plan for all eventualities and provide solutions to issues.

JOB DUTIES


STUDIO COORDINATION

  • Coordinate with producers, creative directors, art directors, designers, and copywriters to ensure smooth workflows and efficient resource allocation.
  • Work closely with project management teams to align on timelines, and resource needs, ensuring alignment with studio capabilities.
  • Escalate any issues and provide visibility to leadership for critical decision-making.
  • Oversee quality control processes to ensure final assets meet established standards and project goals.



TEAM LEADERSHIP & COLLABORATION:

  • Lead creative teams to foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to maintain alignment and clear expectations.
  • Resolving conflicts and addressing challenges to ensure smooth production flow and team productivity.
