About the Role
As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting design teams by utilizing BIM tools and workflows to enhance project delivery. Working closely with the Sector Lead and reporting to the BIM Manager, you will be at the heart of creating high-performance buildings. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the BIM models meet project-specific requirements and adhere to the studio's high standards, monitoring their performance and quality, and driving workflow efficiencies.
What They're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a background in architecture or engineering, with a professional degree from an accredited university. Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit and other relevant BIM authoring packages is essential, along with proficiency in Dynamo. Familiarity with ISO19650, experience in large-scale model creation in Revit, and a Revit exam-based certification would be advantageous. An interest in computational design tools and integration within a BIM workflow is also desirable.
