What is the job?

You will be supporting our European bid team, working closely with senior members of the business and various subject matter experts across our London, Amsterdam, and Paris offices. Reporting to the Bid Manager and Head of Marketing, this role involves creating and editing tender documents, supporting submissions, providing administrative support to the team and ensuring our library of assets is up to date and of a high quality. You will help to coordinate our responses to RFIs, PQQs, and RFPs.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate responses: Assist in coordinating responses to RFIs, PQQs, and RFPs in conjunction with senior team members.
  • Document preparation: Collaborate with the design and business development teams to compile documents from new material and pre-prepared case studies.
  • Quality assurance: Take responsibility for the production, editing, and quality of submission statements, while managing your deadlines.
  • Library management: You will be responsible for keeping all bid master files and templates up to date, liaising with the design team on look and feel, and senior team members on content.


Skills and competencies:

  • Basic proficiency with Adobe InDesign
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency with tender platforms like SAP Ariba, or the willingness to learn.
  • Strong writing ability with a high standard of English.
  • An interest in the design and architecture industry
  • Collaborative, friendly attitude with the ability to work across teams.
  • Able to work independently, taking initiative and being proactive.
  • Excellent time management skills, able to prioritise multiple tasks.
