Your Role as Financial Operations & Bid Manager:

  • Bid Management: Oversee the end-to-end bid process, from identifying opportunities to crafting competitive, compliant proposals that win business.
  • Financial Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing approaches that meet client requirements while aligning with internal financial policies.
  • Data-Driven Improvements: Use Salesforce to monitor and analyze bid performance, leveraging insights to drive improvements in the bidding process.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage Korn Ferry’s “Must Win” process, ensuring smooth execution by coordinating meetings, tracking actions, and overseeing deliverables.
  • Best Practice Development: Lead the implementation of best practices for bid management, ensuring high-quality submissions and continuous process improvements.
  • Client Feedback & Reporting: Own the client feedback process, from initiating surveys to analyzing and reporting results, helping to shape better future proposals.
  • RFP Support: Serve as the primary contact for RFP submissions, working closely with sellers to gather necessary information and ensure timely delivery.

What You’ll Bring:

  • CIMA Qualification: Plus 3-5 years of experience in financial operations, bid management, or a similar role.
  • Financial Acumen: A strong understanding of financial analysis and pricing strategies.
  • Operational Expertise: Proven experience in managing processes, driving efficiency, and improving operational performance.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working across teams to achieve business goals.
  • Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel and experience using Salesforce for financial and operational analysis.
