City of London, United Kingdom Crone Corkill Full time

A 6 month contract within the financial services sector for a leading organisation .
Delivery of the annual compensation reward cycle, including merit, Bonus, LTI plan and bonus sacrifice vehicles across the UK and Europe.

Pre-population of all back-end Workday data fields (e.g. job levels, salary ranges, job codes etc)
Ensuring appropriate access levels and data security is in effective within Workday.
Executing on the annual communication plan across all business leaders and managers as part of the reward cycle.
Effective project management and delivery of the reward cycle, ensuring full collaboration with HR Business Partners "HRBPs" and business leaders; education of Workday system and standard reporting as required.
Undertaking appropriate governance and compliance checks, ensuring compliance with in-country legislation and regulatory frameworks.
First point of call for all Workday technical issues and questions.
Working with HRBP's to advise and resolve recommendation anomalies, escalation to Head of HR as needed.
Production of Total Reward statements and effective distribution.
Undertaking full audit reviews of Workday and Payroll throughout and post close of the cycle
