Marketing Strategist

oversees the overall marketing strategy, develops the annual marketing plan and drive the execution of marketing programs campaigns for Microsoft across Europe, to support the growth of Arrow & its partners in relation to the Microsoft portfolio. This role owns the planning and execution of the agreed strategy across EMEA and supports EMEA countries to meet their goals by providing marketing guidance, driving initiatives and sharing best practices to drive opportunities. A strong emphasis will be placed on digital marketing to ensure continual pipeline development with both channel partners and end customer profiles. The Strategist will work closely with Arrow EMEA Microsoft team, Cloud Sales team, and their country counterparts, on the development and implementation of go-to-market and marketing plans. Key Responsibilities Build and execute an annual marketing plan to increase awareness and opportunities (with partner and potentially end user profiles) Effectively manage and coordinate the EMEA annual marketing plan in conjunction with Microsoft and Arrow Microsoft team Effectively manage and drive consistent digital marketing campaigns and social media campaigns to promote Microsoft in EMEA Work in close collaboration with the country marketing teams in EMEA to bring them together on programs and initiatives. Provide guidance wherever applicable. Accelerate the dissemination of Microsoft best practices across EMEA to drive growth opportunities. Collaborate with NA marketing strategist to seek for synergies. Ensure best in class participation and visibility for Arrow during top Microsoft events (like Ignite) Collaborate effectively to build a joint marketing plan and execute on this plan in regular cadence with Microsoft Drive efficient use of Microsoft budget and demonstrate ROI from initiatives and campaigns delivered in EMEA as part of the annual marketing plan Manage activity cadence and exposure with Arrow stakeholders including EMEA and country teams as well as with all Microsoft stakeholders as part of the annual marketing plan

Experience / Education: Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in B2B marketing in IT, Microsoft experience - must have Previous work experience in channel marketing is essential. Regional or cross country experience is preferred. Proficient in English; knowledge of one additional European language is highly valuable Team player mindset, with strong collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders and teams Effective communication skills
