The Digital Win Room Deal Strategist is an essential sales leadership function, driving positive outcomes for our most critical customers. The Deal Strategist accelerates progress with customers and their opportunities by partnering with Account Teams to:

- Grow consumption and revenue potential.
- Integrate and orchestrate corporate resources as One Microsoft.
- Secure people and financial investments.
- Execute with teams on account plans to grow Microsoft’s business.

**Responsibilities**:
The Deal Strategist will ideate, strategize, and accelerate customer opportunities. This individual will work as part of a local and global DWR organization to:

- Embed with account teams on assigned customers as a coach to grow the business, accelerate customer outcomes, maturity and deal closure and execute & integrate with agility.
- Plan and deliver on three DWR core integration services: Account Coaching, DWR Office Hours, Executive DWR.
- Proactive prioritization and management of DWR coaching engagement demands and stakeholders.
- Develop depth and breadth expertise in assigned.
- Define insight and patterns for continuous improvement on DWR services and business agility.

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications & Experience:

- Proven leadership in virtual teams; people management experience a plus.
- Strong executive communication skills (verbal and written), able to partner with senior leadership, and able to synthetize and explain complex business scenarios.
- Capable of leading all resources (for example, account team, services, sales leaders, Area leadership) in developing an opportunity, defining a plan for customer solutions, making compelling offers, and accelerating customer growth and revenue.
- Strong analytical ability to use data and insights to drive desired outcomes.
- Able to build trusted relationships at the highest levels of leadership, collaborating and advancing strategic opportunities.
- Able to manage multiple accounts concurrently.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with Sales organizations (preferred).
- Experience with proposals and sales pursuits (preferred).

The Digital Win Room is a critical platform for deal ideation, strategy, and acceleration. This role will help strategize and build the approach, methodology, and execution plans for the largest organizations on the planet.

This is a senior sales leadership role with considerable impact potential and leadership visibility.
