About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Deal Strategist to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth from large and fast-growing accounts. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing commercial strategies for complex and competitive deals, working closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

 

Job Description

Your responsibilities as a Cloud Deal Strategist will include:

  • Partnering with internal teams to develop commercial strategies for high-value opportunities, including analysis of customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Crafting compelling value propositions that showcase the benefits of AWS solutions and address customer pain points.
  • Negotiating and structuring deals to meet customer objectives while ensuring alignment with AWS business goals.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to execute sales cycles, leveraging your expertise to overcome obstacles and drive deal closure.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and closing complex deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AWS products and services, as well as a deep understanding of cloud computing and its applications in various industries.
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus, but not required.
