This brand and customer experience agency are working with some huge clients in the space, and they are looking to bolster their team with a strategic thinker
**THE ROLE**
As a CX Strategist, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Working with a huge client in the automotive industry
- Delivering on CX for this client, demonstrating your innovative personality
- Building CX solutions, dealing with all customer touchpoints for the brand
- Delivering on loyalty programs as one of the main projects
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES**
- Experience working agency-side is ideal
- Background in design and strategy would be great
- Hands-on experience also ideal
- Data & analytics knowledge
**BENEFITS**
- Salary up to £70,000
- Hybrid working - 2 days a week in Central office
