The Global Enterprise Deal Hub is the central point of contact for Group One Sellers, providing timely and responsive feedback on deal-related matters.

The Contract Manager's key responsibility is to increase Sales efficiency by reducing the time spent developing and closing deals.

  • Collaborate with Client Directors to understand client requirements and leverage best practices to maximize retention and grow the business.
  • Draft complex quotes via spreadsheets and build manual contract documents as needed.
  • Engage with key business stakeholders in finance, pricing, legal, product, and other departments to develop winning strategies and gather approvals for non-standard terms.
  • Work with client procurement teams to shorten negotiation cycles and help drive urgency with clients to sign with Gartner.
  • Utilize data to craft a sensible narrative with Sales and drive client engagement.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, service, or related disciplines.
  • 1-2 years of Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
  • Strong analytic skills, proficiency with Excel, and problem-solving ability.
