Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Customer Management Office Lead to join our team in the UK/EMEA region. This role will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of creating a community for customers, partners, associations, and organizations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the security needs, challenges, and opportunities of UK/EMEA customers and stakeholders. They will build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in the region, including industry associations, regulators, standards bodies, customers, partners, and thought leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the security needs, challenges, and opportunities of UK/EMEA customers and stakeholders.
  2. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in the UK/EMEA region.
  3. Design and deliver programs and initiatives that engage and educate the UK/EMEA customer community on Microsoft's security practices, capabilities, and CISO office roadmap.
  4. Collect and synthesize feedback and input from the UK/EMEA customer community on Microsoft's security offerings and CISO office roadmap and communicate them to the relevant internal teams and leaders.
  5. Represent Microsoft as a trusted and credible voice on security matters in the UK/EMEA customer community.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise on the security landscape, challenges, and solutions including the regulatory and compliance requirements, the industry standards and best practices, and the customer needs and expectations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex and technical concepts in a clear and compelling way to diverse audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with senior leaders, customers, partners, regulators, and industry peers.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful and engaging programs and initiatives that educate, inform, and influence the global Regulated Industry community on security matters.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
