About the Role

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for leading digital forensics and incident response efforts, ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex forensic analyses and investigations to determine the cause and extent of cybersecurity incidents.
  • Preserve, harvest, and analyze data from electronic sources, including laptops, desktops, servers, and mobile devices.
  • Develop and refine policies and procedures for forensic and malware analyses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues related to cybersecurity and incident preparedness.
  • Participate in technical meetings and working groups to address issues related to malware security, vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity preparedness.

Requirements

  • Deep experience with most common operating systems and their file systems.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard digital forensics toolsets.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructures for the enterprise.
  • Strong analytical, qualitative, and quantitative reasoning skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Applications and familiarity with Windows, Macintosh, and Linux operating systems.

Preferred Experience

  • Strong work ethic and motivation, with a demonstrated history of ability to lead a team and develop talent.
  • Interest in building intellectual capital for the firm by writing blogs and creating internal tools for analysis.
  • Ability to anticipate and respond to changing priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic, demand-based environment.
