Cybersecurity Manager

Job Summary:
Iceberg Cyber Security is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to lead and manage vulnerability management and security monitoring. The ideal candidate will possess a strong hands-on background in addressing application and infrastructure vulnerabilities, testing, and remediation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead key security functions such as vulnerability management, penetration testing, security operations, and reporting on security metrics.
Work closely with the CTO, Director of Cybersecurity, and executives within the business to drive the security programme forward.
Develop and implement effective security strategies to protect the company's assets and data.
Requirements:
Strong technical expertise in cybersecurity, including vulnerability management and security monitoring.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
